The gears and derailleurs are adjusted and road tested for alignment and smooth shifting.
Bedding-in new brakes - a process using friction to transfer break pad material to fill the pores of the rotor, for contestant and safe breaking.
The tires are injected with our liquid Kevlar, bulletproof flat tire protectant. Any puncture hole will automatically self seal.
All and any tension adjustments needed are made to the various cables.
The wheel and frame alignments set and checked.
The wheel spokes are checked and tightened if needed.
Every nut and bolt must be tightened to manufacture’s torque specifications, to ensure your safety and stability.
Appropriate oils and greases are applied to moving parts of the bike.
